Please sign up for an Open House. From there, you will learn how to enroll with us through MySchoolDC.

 

Once accepted, you will need to complete the following:
1) Online Enrollment Form

2) DC Residency Verification Form and Proof

3) Home Language Form

4) Birth Certificate

4) Updated Health and Dental Forms
